Fantastic experience! The beachfront location is stunning, and the staff truly shines with kindness. Jaime at the pool and Marco were especially helpful. The breakfast was delightful with fresh rolls, and the 2-for-1 happy hour was a nice touch. Perfect spot to relax and unwind!

The staff was exceptional and made us feel welcomed, but the room was not what was advertised. There were issues with mold and malfunctioning A/C. The location was great with pool access, but the noisy environment made it hard to relax at times.

From the moment we checked in, the staff welcomed us like family. Jaime by the pool was a delight, and Marco made our excursions hassle-free. The location near the beach was perfect for morning strolls!

However, a bit of updating in the furnishings would enhance the overall experience. While our stay was comfortable, it felt like certain elements were overdue for a refresh.

we had a fantastic stay at royal villas resort! the staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. our junior suite was comfortable, and we enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. the location was perfect, just a short walk to plaza dorada, which has great bars and restaurants. we loved the spacious pool area and the easy beach access, making it a relaxing family vacation!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored nearby beaches and even took a fun tour to the local markets. The staff helped us find great activities, and the pool was perfect for relaxation after a day out. Just a heads up, the pool area can get a bit crowded during peak times, so plan accordingly.

Unfortunately, we did face some issues with the elevators. One was out of service during our stay, which made getting around a bit of a hassle at times.

I loved that I could stroll to the beautiful Parroquia De La Sagrada Familia just a short walk away, and the Mazatlan Aquarium was a fun visit while enjoying the lively beach atmosphere right outside my door.

The junior suite was spacious and boasted an outstanding balcony view that absolutely elevated the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and Arturo went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. However, the outdated furniture and a noisy fridge detracted from the comfort, and the air conditioning unit was also disruptive, particularly at night.
